Andrew has over 25 years of experience working in the Telecommunications and Media industry with a particular depth of experience in the mobile sector.
Andrew is currently a board member of Liberty Global PLC (Compensation, Nominating & Corporate Governance Committees).
Prior to founding Glow, Andrew was the Chief Executive Officer of Asurion EMEA, previously serving as Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President. Prior to 2007, during his time as a management consultant partner Andrew served clients such as Verizon, Sprint, AT&T, BT, Warner Music, Disney, Google, and notably was hired personally by Steve Jobs on the iPhone® in 2005-06. Prior to this, he worked as a partner at A.T. Kearney and Senior Consultant at LEK Consulting.

Previously CFO of Finance-EMEA at Asurion Corp, Christiaan is an executive leader with extensive experience of all aspects of financial and operational strategy.
Having been a trusted CEO adviser for many years, Christiaan’s commercial focus has seen him have oversight of multi-site operations, business model restructuring and strengthening productivity and accelerating profit at challenged operations.
Prior to joining Asurion, Christiaan held a number of senior finance and commercial leadership roles at Doncasters Plc and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Christiaan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA) with experience in the Telco, Technology, Insurance, Aerospace/Industrial Gas Turbine, and Automotive industries.

Kosta has more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, structured finance, and business development.
Prior to Glow, Kosta spent 10 years in the Global Securitized Markets Group at Citi and at RBC Capital Markets prior to that. In his various roles he was responsible for originating, financing, structuring and distributing new issue securitizations and warehouse lending facilities backed by Telco receivables, auto loans and leases, credit cards, consumer loan receivables and student loans in the Term and ABCP markets.
Kosta is a Chartered Accountant with experience across a broad scope of esoteric assets including stranded utility costs, small business, and trade receivables.

A highly experienced CIO and Product Development Leader with a successful track record of consulting and delivering innovative solutions and digital transformations in the Financial Services and Technology sectors. Specialising in embedded financial services products including insurance and lending.
The following is a sample of major achievements to-date: Led a global portfolio of consulting, software development, cloud infrastructure, data and AI capabilities across the US and UK client base, with in excess of 5000 staff and $500m in revenues.

Holding senior roles over a variety of functions, Chris has developed a high pedigree of strategic expertise and insight, delivering tangible world-class Customer Experience and commercial success.
Combining a deep understanding across supply chain & logistics, contact centres, project management, Customer experience and business development, Chris has created new products and operational service strategy in partnership with organizations including Sony, John Lewis, KPN, Virgin, Barclays, Bouygues Telco, Argos, 3 and Sky.

Les has almost 30 years’ experience working with industry leading Telcomunications companies and consumer electronics retailers implementing and scaling customer facing services & operations.
During the latter 14 years he has held leadership positions with Device Protection companies including Geek Squad, Asurion and SquareTrade, where he has led product development & service operations across Europe.
Prior to his industry roles Les was an Accenture Partner leading service integrations with companies including BT, Vodafone, O2, Orange, Sony, Time Telekom (Malaysia) & Carphone Warehouse.
He is also a cofounder of AND Digital, a progressive digital development agency.

Jean-Marc has 20 years experience of delivering innovative technology Solution for large international Corporate in the Telco and Financial Sector for group such as Sky, Asurion and the L&G Group.
Jean-Marc's expertise lies in his ability to combine the use of novel technology and data to deliver outstanding customer experience and business benefits.
Jean-Marc has extensive experience of developing technical strategies that support and encourage business growth: ensuring the realisation of busines growth and profitability across the insurance, consumer lending, wealth management, Telcos and property sectors.

Chris brings over 25 years’ experience leading business development and client relationships across blue chips and start-ups alike. With a focus on customer engagement and increasing customer value.
Initially D2C, much of the last 12 years has been in B2B and B2B2C extending across financial services and taking additional experience from retail, utilities and the travel sector.
Chris’ collaborative style, deep domain knowledge and understanding of people centric solutions has allowed him to develop solutions with organizations such as BT/EE, British Airways, Google, Centrica, HSBC, Lloyds, Barclays, Aviva, ABN AMRO and Volkswagen Finance.

As Head of People, Rita is responsible for helping to find, develop, motivate and retain the team at Glow. She acts as a champion for the company culture and supports the executives and team leaders, allowing Glow to develop and grow quickly.
With over 15 years experience Rita specializes in providing comprehensive support in the day-to-day operations of human resources, ensuring the efficient delivery of salary payments and adjustments, the recruitment processes, employee benefit administration, new employee orientation and on-boarding, and the accuracy and maintenance of employee records.

Matthew joined Glow in 2022 and has over 10 years experience in London and Malta advising on corporate, finance and structured finance matters. Prior to joining Glow, Matthew practiced at top-tier London securitization practices Simmons & Simmons LLP and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP with a focus on asset-backed finance transactions in a broad range of industries including consumer finance, trade receivables, residential mortgages and catastrophe bonds.
Matthew advised the Maltese regulatory authorities in developing the Maltese legal regime for the securitization of insurance risk and the establishment of cell companies as securitization vehicles.
Matthew holds an LLM in international financial law from King’s College London and LLD from the University of Malta.

Errol Norlum is a seasoned AI and technology expert with nearly two decades of experience driving AI transformations across various industries. Currently leading AI and Data at Glow, he integrates advanced AI solutions to enhance business performance.
Previously, as Head of AI at H&M Group, Errol recruited over 250 AI professionals and embedded AI into core operations, significantly advancing the company's technical transformation.
At Vodafone Group, he served as Lead Data Scientist, contributing to the growth of an international AI team exceeding 500 members. His career began at Nordea Bank, the largest Nordic financial institution, where he was instrumental in developing the fraud and anti-money laundering department.

Guy leads our business across Asia Pacific, he has lived and travelled extensively across the region, previously living in Hong Kong and currently based in Melbourne. Guy brings a unique skillset to Glow having worked previously in Telstra and before that in Investment Banking. At Telstra, Guy was the Treasurer, Head of M&A, Investor Relations, Corporate Controller, he sat on the Board of Foxtel, Amplitel and Telstra Energy.
At Telstra, Guy led the disposal process for the Towers business, raised over A$10bn in debt finance, led the separation of the business into an InfraCo arm and ServCo arm and led the acquisition of Digicel Pacific.
At UBS, Guy led the Capital Markets Group in Asia, raising debt and equity capital for clients right across the region.Guy is a Father of four, avid snow skier and runner, most recently completing the Bruny Island UltraMarathon in Tasmania, Australia.

Will brings over a decade of leadership experience spanning Banking and Capital Markets, Enterprise Strategy and Execution, Business Management, Digital Banking, and Digital Lending to Glow's Executive Team. As Head of the US, he is responsible for managing business goals and objectives while overseeing operations across the country.
Prior to joining Glow, Will was a trusted C-suite advisor to large banks, credit unions, and corporate clients as a leader in the Monitor Deloitte Strategy practice where he was nationally recognized as the Financial Services Industry “North Star” award recipient.
Will was a Thomas Keller Memorial Scholar at Duke University, where he holds his MBA, and was granted with the President’s Award while receiving his B.S in Finance with a concentration in Accounting.
